STATEMENT

I never felt at home in this world, so I am painting my imaginations of home. What home could be; both for me the artist, and you the viewer. Whether as place, person, pattern, philosophy, and or poetry.
I work mostly in acrylic on canvas, and sometimes in mixed media. Employing rough strokes, geometry, text, layered abstractions and landscapes, real and otherworldly figures; faceless and otherwise.
All to trigger one thought: “What is home to me? Do I find it here?”
